FEBRUARY 22, 2009: We pray for the coming of God's Kingdom in Metropolitan Richmond: For the salvation of individuals and of our common life in Jesus' Name through the Holy Spirit, and for the Resurrection of Metropolitan Richmond as a modern metropolitan city of hope for the world. PRAYER FOR OUR COMMUNITY CHURCHES: Please pray for Varina Episcopal Church...their pastor, Rev. Michael Cadaret, and the ministry and mission work of their church and the needs of their people. We are praying for a community church each Sunday. THE FISH COLLECTION for MARCH will be deodorant. Thanks! FAMILY MINISTRIES is sponsoring a Family Game Night on Friday, February 27th at 7:00 P.M. Bring a snack to share and come join in a game. FAMILY MINISTRIES is hosting an opportunity for outreach service on Saturday, February 28th. We will meet at church at 8:00 A.M. and travel to Central Virginia Food Bank to help stock shelves. Eight to ten people are needed to help. You must be 18 years old to participate. NEW ADDRESSES: If you, or your adult children, have a new address. phone #, cell #, or E-mail address, please help us update our records by calling or writing to the church office @ 795-2772 with the new information. Also, this is important for our college students and military personnel in order for us to keep in touch with them while they are away from home.
